Arrowhead Pediatrics showed complete disrespect for a mother concerned about the health of her children. "George" was belittling and not thoughtful. He made the parent leave feeling more confused and concerned about the health of her child than when she arrived.

I have taken my son to both locations. Staff at both locations are equally rude. The PAs and the MDs dont listen to EVERYTHING the parent is telling them. We feel like we are just a number. I think they need some education on how to treat the parents and the child. Communication is a good way to start. Communication involves listening skills, if they would have these skills, we would not have changed providers.
