today i visited the clinic and i was weighed and told by the doctor to lose around 20lbs (152 - 135) even though i have no muffin top and exercise daily. weight has many components and this comment by my doctor was simply cruel. This comment could also cause other girls with lower self esteems to become anorexic or have any other eating disorders. My doctor also acted as if it was easy for me to lose 20 puonds even though i eat healthy and excersise everyday. this doctor even continued to look me up and down when someone said that theres no way 152 lbs was on my body and she just says hmmm...!
