I feel like this doctor never belives what I am saying about my bunion pain. I just had a bunionectomy in one foot and hope to get next done next summer but I may go somewhere else. There is very little discussion of what to expect post-op. He spends very little time in the room with you. You wait forever in the waiting room as well as the exam room and hes in and out in a flash. I tried to talk to nurses about a problem and they told me to just tell him, which is nearly impossible. The secretary at the front is also no very friendly. All in all, they claim to be big on customer service, but I am not feeling it. I had call in today about different pain Im experiencing and they were supposed to call me back but never did. Not a great sign.
